2013 Model SportsRV Overview

The SportsRV model has gained in popularity because of its lightweight and easy to operate features.

The Kimberley Kamper SportsRV is perfect for off-road travelling where lighter weight better suits your vehicle. The drawbar weight is 80kgs Tare. The SportsRV uses electric brakes on a laser-cut chassis with independent suspension. The Selecta-Swing-Away range of rear carriers gives you the flexibility of adding bikes or additional water in the rear of the camper. All the Kimberley Canvas and Energy options are available for the SportsRV.

The SportsRv model has the same Camper "body",  camper "tent", Innerspring mattress with individual pockets for the springs and Stainless Steel Kitchen that is used across the range of models.

It is perfect for the couple or family that spend their time camping in easy-access locations and want to limit their investment.

The 2013 Model SportsRv can take a boat loader (and swing away outboard carrier) - but needs the shock absorber and disc brakes upgrade.

The SportsRV can be optioned to accept a purpose built Quad-Pod™ on the front. It can carry a large Quad Bike up to 350kg or 2 x Motor Bikes of approx 175kg each. The optional Selecta-Swing-Away™ Jerry Can holder positions the extra weight of up to 60litres of fuel in the rear. This trailer needs a vehicle that can handle a drawbar weight of 200 – 220kg.

For overnight stops, the camper opens in minutes accommodating 2 adults and 2-3 children in beds on the hard floor.

You now have a choice of 3 Annex sizes: 2.4m wide Extended or 2.6m wide Bedouin for the largest range in the Industry. There is also the 2m Kwik Awning for overnight stops. Canvas Mesh walls and windows can be added to the Annexe for complete privacy and weather protection.

The Sports RV has a “Rhino Tuff” sprayed on stone protector on the front of the Uni-Pod. It has been tested in difficult terrain with gibbers and bulldust.

The Sports RV has the the cooker and separate slide out Stainless Steel kitchen. The refridgerator (up to 80litre) can be located in the Uni-pod.
